This advanced technology is visual, interactive and makes it easy to keep discussions on track and allow changes to all schedules and floor plans instantly. The Toronto Congress Centre is continuingly looking at ways of improving productivity and efficiencies to better improve the customer experience. This new technology supports their customer centric philosophy and will inspire meaningful discussions, create digital records of meetings and connect with remote customers. It is the first of a three phase innovation that positions the TCC as a global leader in event planning communication.
