Position Title: Business Development Manager - Corporate

Position Description:

• Achieve goals outlined in each Business Development Manager’s Team Budget
• Work with VP of Business Development (BD) on all marketing and sales strategies throughout the year
• Initiate sales calls, follow-up on leads, identify and influence decision makers, sales presentations and site tours to ensure goals and revenue targets
• Prepare & review monthly action plans for each segment as per sales strategies
• Conduct site tours and host customer luncheons and dinners
• Participate in daily Revenue/Yield Management meetings
• Maintenance of customers and daily sales activity through Vision software
• Timely completion of proposals, contracts, customer follow-up, daily activity reports
• Measure and monitor client feedback in order to maintain competitive product and standard of facility

Required Qualifications:

The Corporate Business Development Manager must have sales experience.

Education:

It would be beneficial to have a diploma or degree in business or programs related to sales and marketing.
